To our surprise, our humble Cranberry Apricot Loaf and Baguette made it to TimeOut Magazine’s October Picnic Basket!

After 3 months of running business, it was time to get our friends and family together for a day of fun and laughter. Knowing the generosity of our guests, we decided to partner with Ti-Ratana Welfare Society to collect needy items for the home instead of receiving gifts and congratulatory flowers.

We always thought FREE wi-fi alone is never enough to keep the kids still while enjoying their meals..so, we mounted 5 iPads on the wall!

Just 3 days before opening, Tedboy Bakery is all set! Furniture's in place, bread shelves & displays are up, coffee machine & ovens ready to fire, most importantly our chefs are all geared up to fill the shelves with lot's of wholesome bakes.

While fussing about the furniture, machinery, piping and other nitty-gritty such as drainage..and yes, grease traps! The most important thing for a bakery is what goes on the shelves and into the menu.
